Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Stoopid DTF reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.
You agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices electronically by posting them on our website or, at our discretion, by sending an email to the address you provided to us. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically by contacting us at info@StoopidDTF.com. If you withdraw consent, you must discontinue use of your account.
General
All terms, conditions, and transactions conducted online or by phone with Stoopid DTF are subject to the laws of the State of California. Stoopid DTF is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from machinery breakdowns, acts of God, or other actions beyond our control, including but not limited to war, riots, seizures, or embargoes.
All tools, design interfaces, and customization features available on this Site are the property of Stoopid DTF and its affiliated companies. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Reservations
All orders are subject to acceptance by Stoopid DTF. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to refuse production of images, designs, artwork, or wording that contain profanity, hate speech, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate content.
Prices are subject to change at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be reported to Stoopid DTF within one (1) business day of receipt.
Products must remain in original packaging for carrier inspection or return, when applicable. Damaged packages and products should be photographed whenever possible. Replacement or return is not guaranteed if the product was misused, mishandled, or partially used by the buyer.
Credit Card Terms
If the Buyer’s credit card is declined, Stoopid DTF will not process the order. If an order is shipped and the Buyer’s account becomes delinquent, the Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (24% annual percentage rate) on the unpaid balance.
Accounts past due may require advance payment for future purchases. In the event Stoopid DTF must initiate legal action to enforce these Terms, the Buyer agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees and costs.
Warranty
Stoopid DTF guarantees to replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship within thirty (30) days of delivery, free of charge. Liability is limited to the value of the product as determined by the manufacturer.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by laundering with bleach, harsh detergents, fabric softeners, or improper care.
Application, laundering, and care instructions are provided on all product technical sheets.
Shipping
All orders ship FOB from Stoopid DTF. Shipping arrangements are made on behalf of the Buyer, and the Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Stoopid DTF is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the order is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Limitation of Liability
Stoopid DTF shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from performance or nonperformance of its obligations, whether in contract or tort (including negligence).
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stoopid DTF and its affiliates from all claims, damages, expenses, and legal costs arising from content supplied by the Buyer, including claims involving copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other personal rights.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders that have shipped or entered production status (“In Production”) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
