Important Policies
Please read⚠️ Customer-Supplied Garments (BYOG)
When supplying your own garments, you acknowledge:
- Garments may have manufacturing defects, dye inconsistencies, or material limitations
- Garments are free of lint, hair, pet hair, or any other foreign debris.
- DTF pressing uses heat and pressure and may cause pressure marks, scorching, or dye migration on some fabrics
- Stoopid DTF is not responsible for defects inherent to customer-supplied garments
✅ Artwork Approval & Reprints
- Artwork approval: Customers are responsible for spelling, sizing, and placement once a proof is approved.
- Final approval: Approved artwork is considered final.
- Reprints: We will reprint at no cost if an error is caused by us.
- Not eligible: Customer artwork errors, low-resolution files, or approval mistakes are not eligible for free reprints.
