Refund & Returns Policy

At Stoopid DTF, we take pride in producing high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. Because our products are custom printed, refunds and returns are limited to verified manufacturing defects only. Please review the policy below carefully.


Returns & RMA Authorization

To return a Stoopid DTF transfer order, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  1. Email us at info@StoopidDTF.com to request an RMA.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Date of purchase
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defective product
  3. Once approved, the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.


What Can Be Returned

Only defective transfers may be returned. Defective transfers include:

  • Transfers that fail to adhere to fabric when pressed according to our instructions. (Please make sure the fabric you are pressing is workable with DTF transfers. Not all substrates work with DTF transfers. Please do your research.)
  • Transfers that crack or peel within one to two washes
  • Transfers that are misprinted due to a production error

All approved returns must:

  • Be unused and unpressed
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of receipt

If there is visible wear, pressing, washing, or damage caused after delivery, the item is not eligible for return.

Stoopid DTF’s responsibility ends once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for refunds or reprints for orders that are lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS or UPS.


What Cannot Be Returned or Reprinted

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or reprint:

  • Color shifts resulting from customer-submitted artwork
  • Pixelated or low-resolution prints caused by poor-quality files
  • Spelling, grammatical, or design errors submitted or approved by the customer
  • White outlines or halos caused by semi-transparent pixels in original artwork
  • Damage caused by the shipping carrier
  • Gang sheets with overlaps, ghosting, or layout issues approved by the customer

Return Timeframes

  • Refunds: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt
  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items not in original packaging are not eligible.


Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a carrier insurance claim is approved, the insurance company may reimburse the cost of the product only. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.


How to Return Your Items

  1. Contact Customer Support at info@StoopidDTF.com to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Indicate whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return to the address below.
