This Processing & Shipping Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms & Conditions of Stoopid DTF. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
At Stoopid DTF, we are committed to fast turnaround, clear expectations, and reliable delivery while maintaining consistent production quality.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping methods are selected based on the size, weight, and format of your order:
- Small Flat DTF Transfers (Ready-to-Press): Shipped via USPS
- Large Orders & Roll DTF Transfers: Shipped via UPS
Carrier selection is determined by Stoopid DTF to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.
Shipping Costs
Standard flat-rate shipping for small ready-to-press DTF transfers starts at $4.75 and may increase depending on size, weight, and packaging requirements.
Shipping costs for all other products, including oversized transfers and roll DTF, are calculated automatically at checkout.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, including:
- UPS 3 Day Select®
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air® & UPS Next Day Air Saver® (UPS guaranteed services)
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
Orders that require artwork corrections, file adjustments, or customer approval may experience delays. Stoopid DTF is not responsible for delays caused by non-print-ready files.
Priority & Rush Services
- Priority Processing (“Jump the Line”): Moves your order to the front of our standard production queue and typically prints within one business day.
- Rush Orders (Same-Day Shipping): Available with a $50 rush fee. Order cutoff time is 11:00 AM PST. Availability must be confirmed before placing your order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates vary based on carrier service level and destination.
- UPS Ground®: 2–5+ business days (location dependent)
- UPS 3 Day Select®
- UPS 2nd Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air® & UPS Next Day Air Saver®
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.
Stoopid DTF is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, or delivery interruptions once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking information within three business days of shipment, please contact us with your name, email address, and order number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and delivery status.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders with artwork issues or placed during peak periods may take longer.
What happens if my artwork is not print-ready?
Orders with non-print-ready artwork may be delayed while corrections are made. Additional time and cost may be required to ensure proper print quality.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Yes, same-day shipping may be available with a $50 rush fee. Orders must be approved and placed before 11:00 AM PST. You must contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Which carrier will ship my order?
Small flat DTF transfers ship via USPS. Larger orders and roll DTF ship via UPS. Carrier selection is determined by order size and packaging requirements.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
Only UPS Next Day Air® services are carrier-guaranteed. All other shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will assist with claims or inquiries when possible.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are emailed after shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
