Stoopid DTF is a dedicated division of Stoopid T-Shirt, created to meet the growing demand for reliable, production-ready DTF printing with real quality control behind it.
I started in printing young and never stopped. Over the years I worked across traditional and digital workflows— including prepress—where you learn quickly that great printing starts long before the ink hits anything. That foundation is exactly why we take file prep, consistency, and repeatable results seriously.
The business began while I was working full-time—printing shirts out of a spare bedroom with my first DTG printer, a single-station screen printing press, a vinyl cutter, and a heat press. For a year I put in 14+ hour days, seven days a week. Eventually, I quit my job and opened my first location in Glendale, CA.
Then COVID hit. Three months later, the shutdown happened and I was left with no customers and a lease I still had to pay. So I pivoted and started printing custom face masks and shipping them all over the U.S. That kept the doors open, paid down debt, and allowed me to upgrade equipment and expand.
When apparel demand returned, I brought in DTF to speed up production. I didn’t plan on selling transfers at first— but once word got out, more and more customers asked for DTF film. We outgrew the Glendale shop, moved to Winnetka, CA, upgraded to commercial-grade equipment (including an Epson G6070), and officially launched Stoopid DTF.
